Senior Merchandise Planning Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Use available tools to gather and analyze business data, provide qualitative and quantitative insights in the product creation cycle to drive future consumer right assortments
  • Work with retail partners to drive sell-in strategies, lead regular review meetings to update local marketplace trends;
  • share assumptions and analysis, risks and opportunities, challenges and sales performance review.

  • Drive consumer relevant assortment adoption, measure and manager retail performance
  • Drive vertical retail disciplines into our wholesale business, including annual and seasonal business planning, stock & sales planning, score-
  • Requirements :

  • 8-10 years of experience in Retail Planning, Allocation
  • Demonstrable strong analytical skills, project and time management skills
  • Results-driven, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail math : KPI measurements, product flow, planning, category management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in developing an understanding of consumers, competitors and retail trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
