A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ of customer facing role either in technical, IT support, customer service or application support
A sound understanding of wireless, radio frequency technology and LAN configurations
Superior problem solving skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to deal with customers and virtual team members
Solid experience in executing projects customer facing projects, documenting customer facing solutions and communication
Well-developed communication, organizational and time management skills
Experience with software installations, upgrade and application troubleshoot
Knowledge of how remote management tools work
Advanced Microsoft Excel, word, and PowerPoint skills
HIGHLY DESIRABLE : Working knowledge of intermediary Microsoft Windows platform, local and wide area networking concepts such as configurations, protocol, firewall and security requirements
Good analytical skills and computer proficiency is essential
Working knowledge of any basic database concepts
Experience in supporting technology related products and services
Any exposure to Cold Chain Management environment would also be advantage
